Love this clinic so much! The lady working at the front desk is fantastic and so kind and just always so helpful and supportive! The doctors are so great also listening to everything and always very nice!
It’s not always easy dealing with front desk staff in busy offices, but Kimberly truly stands out. She is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional.From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm attitude and a genuine willingness to help. She takes the time to answer questions clearly, assists with scheduling, and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. Even during busy times, she remains patient and courteous.Kimberly’s helpfulness and positive attitude make a big difference in what can sometimes be a stressful experience. She is a wonderful example of excellent customer service, and the office is lucky to have her.
I go to this clinic to see my family doctor, Dr. Tayebi, and I’ve always had a very positive experience. He’s easy to talk to, listens carefully, and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. He explains things clearly and in a reassuring way, which really helps when you’re concerned about your health. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure everything is properly addressed. I feel very comfortable and confident being under his care, and I would definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. Mithen is hands down the best doctor. He is incredibly caring, takes the time to actually listen, and is clearly dedicated to providing the best possible care to his patients. I’m incredibly impressed by his professional approach and his genuine compassion for his patients. Dr Ladwa is one of the Best doctors I've ever had. Moving to the Lower Mainland from up north, I needed a new doctor. They took me right in. Asked about my concerns/issues. I mentioned I've had a heart condition for 18 years. Because of him, I ended up seeing a cardiologist, then a heart surgeon. And within 6 months I finally had my heart surgery. He has always shown the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. He's great.
Dr. Akansha Agarwal was very kind and welcoming. She was friendly toward both me and my children, informative without being pushy, and respectful of our decisions and concerns. She left a very positive first impression, and I feel optimistic about building a long-term doctor–patient relationship with her.
The front desk staff were also very friendly and efficient, and the nurse who helped weigh and measure my children was kind and pleasant as well.
